Sync for Fitbit is a convenient app that allows you to download and store your Fitbit history from Fitbit.com directly on your iPhone's Apple Health App. With this app, you no longer have to manually sync your data as it automatically syncs in the background multiple times a day.

The syncing of your Fitbit data with your iPhone allows you to conveniently view all your Fitbit data, as well as any other fitness or medical data, within the Apple Health App. Additionally, when you sync, the Fitbit Aria scale data also gets seamlessly added to Apple Health.

Sync for Fitbit supports syncing up to 12 fields, giving you flexibility and customization options:

 <li>Dietary Energy (Food Calories)</li>
 <li>Sleep Analysis</li>

 <li>Resting Heart Rate</li>
 <li>Flights Climbed</li>
 <li>Water / Hydration</li>

Note: Access to intra-day heart rate data is currently restricted by Fitbit. However, we are diligently working towards gaining access to this data.

If you wish to remove all your Fitbit data from Apple Health and re-sync, simply follow these steps:

 <li>Delete our app from your device.</li>
 <li>Reinstall our app from the App Store.</li>
 <li>Launch the app and begin syncing again.</li>
</ol>

<h2>HOW IT WORKS</h2>
The syncing process is simple and can be completed in three easy steps, provided you have already synced your data using the Fitbit app:

 <li>In the Sync for Fitbit app, sign in to Fitbit.com using your account credentials.</li>
 <li>Select the fitness fields, such as steps or sleep, that you want to sync with Apple's Health App.</li>
 <li>Click the "Sync Now" button to initiate the sync between your Fitbit data and Apple's Health App.</li>
